Do all my schools already need to be on Klazz for this to work?
Each school in the chain needs its own Klazz account. Once they do, an Org Dashboard rolls their signals up into one view — there's no separate setup beyond that.
School Chain Management
Klazz already runs each school in your group as its own tenant. The Org Dashboard rolls their Decision-Signal data up into one view for whoever oversees the whole chain — without merging their data or re-architecting anything.
Fee collection, attendance, exam pass rates, and pending approvals from every campus, rolled into one Org Dashboard — not six browser tabs.
An Org Admin signs in once and moves between schools without re-authenticating for each one — while every school's own data stays isolated in its own tenant.
The same P0–P4 priority signals each school's own admin already relies on, grouped by school, so underperforming campuses surface instead of getting lost in aggregate numbers.
A new campus joins the organization and its signals appear on the same dashboard immediately — no separate rollout project for chain-wide visibility.
Real, not a roadmap item
This is shipped and live today — not a future plan. Glorious Academy runs two schools on Klazz's Org Dashboard right now, with one Org Admin login covering both campuses.

Yes. Every school's data stays in its own tenant, exactly as if it ran Klazz independently. An Org Admin role sees a rolled-up view across the schools in their organization; staff at each individual school see only their own school, same as always.
No. Super Admin is an unrestricted platform-level role. Org Admin is deliberately narrower — clamped to only the schools in that specific organization, with the same day-to-day permissions a School Admin would have, not platform-wide access.
The same Decision-Signal Action Center each school's own admin sees — fee defaulters, missing attendance, pending approvals — but grouped by school, so a chain-wide view replaces checking each campus separately.
Qualifying schools get a guided 2-month pilot — free, with setup and training.
