Can we move from our current school ERP to Klazz?
Yes. Data migration is included. Students, staff and fee structures are imported from Excel/CSV, and during a pilot you can run Klazz on your own data before deciding.
We run more than one campus. How does Klazz handle that?
Each school keeps its own data in its own tenant. An Org Admin sees a rolled-up Org Dashboard across the schools in their organization, and signs in once to move between campuses.
Can an owner or trustee see all campuses without being a super user?
Yes. The Org Admin role is limited to the schools in that organization. It has day-to-day School Admin permissions there and no platform-wide access.
How does staff attendance feed into salary?
Staff can check in through biometric import or a geofenced mobile check-in with anti-proxy device binding. Attendance and leave sync into monthly payroll, which produces payslips staff can download.
Does payroll cover Indian statutory deductions?
Klazz payroll handles EPF, ESI and TDS as part of the monthly run.
Is there a pilot, and what does it cost?
Qualifying schools get a guided 2-month pilot, free, with setup and training. After it, pick a plan billed annually. Starter is ₹45,000 per year for schools up to 500 students.
